Stopped by this place while driving home from Arizona. Ordered the avocado burger and boyfriend ordered the cheese burger, we also shared a small carne asada fries.
Service: lady at the front was nice, smiled, greeted us, really sweet.
Food: I looked at reviews after ordering, so I wasn't expecting much. To our surprise it was really good. Avocado was fresh, meat was juicy, onions were yummy, bun was soft. The fries were decent, needs a little more flavor but it was okay for what it was. Boyfriend enjoyed his cheese burger.
The meal really hit the spot. -

Ordered the shrimp basket which is suppose to come with shrimp, fries, onion rings, a roll and a salad. The presentation was horrible and the onion rings seemed like they had been sitting all day long. The roll is a hamburger bun. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Used to come here all the time growing up but the food and customs have changed quite a bit. I came back here after not visiting for maybe 2-3 years and they charge for pretty much everything.
For example they give complimentary chiles and carrots (which you used to be able to pick for yourself) but I asked if I could only have carrots and the cashier said she would have to charge me for it lol.
Don't get me wrong the cashiers are soooo sweet and even game us free samples of their milkshakes (really smooth) but this place just seems like they're really trying to stay open... feels like they use cheaper ingredients now and give less in portions. I ordered a cheeseburger special with fries and a drink (~7.99) but cheese on my cheeseburger reminded me so much of the cheese from McDonald's... just not the same. Teriyaki bowl looked a bit off too that my sister ordered.
Moral of the story: if you come here, just stick to the popular items and you'll be good! Be prepared to pay extra for ranch and if you have a card it's also an additional charge. -

I waited 30 mins for my food in the drive thru. Idk if they were short staffed or what. Because the looks of it through the window no one else was inside. I had asked for seasoned fries and they gave me Plain fries. When I told the girl about it she took the fries and came right back. Who knows what she did but from the looks of it, it looks like she just sparkled a bit of season on the top. I didn't have time to go back and fourth with this so I took off. Very disappointed

My husband purchased a club sandwich and this is what I got. Now I've been to this place before about 3-4 times and never had a problem until today
